Justin David Hawkins is an English musician, Internet celebrity, singer, and composer best known as The Darkness’ founder, lead singer, and lead guitarist. He is also the lead singer and guitarist for the band Hot Leg, which was founded in 2008 and is currently on hiatus.
Hawkins began his YouTube channel “Justin Hawkins Rides Again” in 2021, where he analyzes music, makes music industry commentary, and answers fan inquiries.
The channel has 440,000 subscribers as of July 2023. Hawkins has written several songs and acts, including Greta Van Fleet, Maroon 5, My Chemical Romance, Disturbed, Metallica, Korn, Limp Bizkit, and Slipknot.
